In late April, I (Nancy), had the opportunity to visit Barcelona and the Costa Brava region in Spain. This trip was epic in so many ways. We spent 4 days in Barcelona and enjoyed this beautiful city. The food and wine in this region are amazing and we definitely took advantage. Some of my favorites include the Tempranillo wines paired with Iberian pork and the local flavors. Another highlight was Sangria enjoyed with Paella near the Mediterranean. The second half of our trip was spent in the Costa Brava region cycling with one of our favorite companies – Duvine (https://www.duvine.com).

With a small group of 8 cyclists and 2 guides, we wound our way through the Spanish countryside. Rosé all day was the theme for sure. One of our favorite days was the day that we stopped at Can
Solivera (https://solivera.us) for olive oil tasting and a spectacular picnic prepared by our cycling guides. Such a wonderful trip with the highlights of food and wine from this region. We have been many places in Europe and Spain was definitely at the top of our list. Send us an email at hello@duvincrush.com if you are interested in knowing more about our trip and the details!
